By accessing or using the Rovnic website (rovnic.com) or mobile application (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Service. By using Rovnic, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old.

2. Description of Service

Rovnic is an AI-powered sports analytics platform that provides:

• Game predictions using machine learning models (LightGBM)
• Player prop analysis and edge calculations
• Parlay suggestions and contrarian play identification
• Betting line movement tracking and analysis
• Model accuracy transparency and performance tracking

All predictions, analysis, and content provided through the Service are for entertainment and informational purposes only. They do not constitute financial advice, betting advice, or any form of professional consultation.

3. No Gambling or Wagering Services

Rovnic does not operate as a sportsbook, bookmaker, or gambling platform. We do not:

• Accept, process, or facilitate any wagers or bets
• Hold, manage, or transfer any funds related to gambling
• Provide odds for the purpose of accepting wagers
• Partner with or act as an agent for any sportsbook

Any decision to place a wager based on information obtained through Rovnic is made entirely at your own risk and discretion. Rovnic bears no responsibility for any gambling losses.

4. No Guarantee of Accuracy

Our AI models produce probabilistic predictions based on historical data, statistical analysis, and current information. These predictions are inherently uncertain. We make no guarantee, warranty, or representation regarding:

• The accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any prediction
• Future performance of any AI model or prediction system
• Profitability or financial outcomes from using our predictions
• The timeliness or availability of predictions or data

Past prediction performance does not guarantee future results. Sports outcomes are inherently unpredictable, and our models reflect probabilities, not certainties.

5. User Responsibilities

By using the Service, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information when creating your account
• Keep your login credentials secure and confidential
• Comply with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations, including those governing sports betting in your jurisdiction
• Not use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or redistribute our prediction data
• Not share your account access with others

You are solely responsible for determining whether sports betting is legal in your jurisdiction and for complying with all applicable laws.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Service, including but not limited to AI models, algorithms, predictions, analysis, software, text, graphics, logos, and the Rovnic brand, is the property of Rovnic or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, or create derivative works based on any content from the Service without our prior written consent. Limited personal, non-commercial use is permitted.

7. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, including but not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms
• Fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
• Redistribution of our prediction data
• Extended period of account inactivity

You may delete your account at any time by contacting support@rovnic.com. Upon deletion, your personal data will be removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ROVNIC AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or data
• Financial losses from gambling or wagering activities
• Reliance on predictions or analysis provided by the Service
• Interruption or unavailability of the Service

Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to Rovnic in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.

11. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or via email. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
